Life is a journey, not a destination. 

These are pretty powerful words.  We are all a collection of our experiences, what we have read, heard and felt.  One needs to possess patience, ethics, and the ability to accept things that we cannot change.  We also need to continue to nurture passion within ourselves and others.  Without passion one doesn't participate, and without participation, people are left powerless in society. 

I am currently a sales consultant for Cappellino Buick GMC in Williamsville (Buffalo), NY.  I have been trying to apply my past experience and interest in transparency to the car sales business.  Many have liked my approach - by providing the disclosure that many customers are concerned is lacking in the industry.  I am going to use a page on this site to provide customer feedback about my approach.
